We had a very nice dinner, but the pasta with shrimp gave my girlfriend severe nausea, vomiting with stomach cramps, and diarrhea. It must have been this dish. Everywhere else we have eaten the same things. It started about 30 minutes after dinner. I ate one or two of her shrimp, and have nausea and some diarrhea, but nowhere near as bad as her. We are sitting in our hotel right now, having booked another night, because there was no way that we could make our flight this morning. This will add considerable expense to our trip. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
