Thursday September 7th 2023 Firehouse subs in centrum kanata. We believe the lettuce was contaminated. 24 hours after ingesting, my partner was violently ill. He states most was lettuce and I confirmed while cleaning remnants that missed our sink. It has now been over 72 hours and he is unable to keep any food or liquid longer than 30 minutes. We are going to go into the hospital tomorrow if he shows no signs of improvement. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
