I ordered a steak and cheese sub with everything on it and added cucumbers and olives. I ate around 12:30 ish and I started getting really intense abdominal pain that would come it waves that also included nausea, diarrhea and muscle shakiness. It was the only thing that I have had today.

Thursday September 7th 2023 Firehouse subs in centrum kanata. We believe the lettuce was contaminated. 24 hours after ingesting, my partner was violently ill. He states most was lettuce and I confirmed while cleaning remnants that missed our sink. It has now been over 72 hours and…
