Arrived at Firehouse Subs on Lowes Boulevard, Killeen, TX 76542 at approximately 6:20 PM on April 18, 2017. I ordered the Cheesesteak sub and ate and finished around 6:30 PM and 6:45 PM, respectively. Symptoms started within 1 hour (around 7:30 PM).Worst symptoms hit around 11:30 PM - very forceful vomiting resulting in lots of blood. Very bad headaches, red and popped blood vessels in face and upper neck and back from the forceful vomiting. Nausea and slight hallucinations. Went to bed afterwards but I woke up many times to vomit more. Still nauseous, have headache, and dry-heaving (dry-vomiting) as of this writing (9:10 AM, April 19, 2017). | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
