I got my fish filet around 7:00-8:00pm. All I ordered was one singular fish filet with no tartar sauce and extra ketchup. The entire night I was having chills and unreasonable amounts of anxiety. I woke up to go to work 20 minutes ago (4:40am) and immediately felt my stomach in my pain. I got up but as I did I could feel the diarrhea trying to come out. I ran downstairs and as I was having diarrhea I ended up vomiting right on top of it and I could see the chunks of the fish filet. I feel very sick now as well as weak and am even contemplating calling out of work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Weakness
