On Thursday at about 12.00pm in Birmingham grand central, had a cheese burger with grilled mushrooms and onions with tomato ketchup, had stomach pain since, then when I arrived home at about 8.00pm had sever diarrhoea to the point I was unable to move from the toilet, this continued to the following day. On the Friday night had Chinese, and vomited as soon as I ate and anything I'm eating my body rejects. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
