Burger Meal Causes Illness - Five Guys, England

I went to five guys at half 2 on the 16th of june and ordered a cheese burger and fries. I ate my burger whole, after i ate my burger i became very tired but ignored my drowsyness as to i thought it may be a carb crash. Few hours later i started to feel very shakey and cold as i was driving home to deliver my dads fathers day gift. Finally i arrived at my dads and he told me i looked ill and i said i didnt feel good too so i went straight home. Later that evening my bowls collapsed and i had very painful stomachache and couldnt move. My girlfriend came to me to see if i was ok but then i started throwing up. She helped clean the mess up and could see in my sick thete was onions and my burger i ate earlier on that day. Im currently lying in bed with stomach pain even now and feel sick and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
