Had five guys for lunch today around 2 o clock. Had a cheese burger and fries. It's all I've eaten today. Around 6 o'clock started getting bad acid and chest pains. 9pm extremely tight chest and stomach upset. 11pm I've been feeling weak and vommitting. Gonna head to ER most likely. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chest Pain
