Purchased a little burger with only lettuce and a regular fry around 1pm CST. A few hours later boarded my plane for my vacation. Later that day had a migraine. The following day did not have an appetite for anything and began to feel cold but had a fever, felt nauseous and had diarrhea. Still on my vacation hopefully I'll get better before I return home | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Migraine
