I had a little cheeseburger with lettuce onion mushrooms ketchup about 2-3 hours after violent nausea and vomiting, stomach pain, nausea, and headache all night long. The next day, diarrhea and nausea, completely loose stomach. It's the only thing I ate so there's no way it was due to anything other than this burger!
