Around 8pm on Saturday July 21st I ordered a triple cheeseburger & fries. While eating the burger, I developed a headache. I didn’t think nothing of it because it was really hot that day. I made it home with such a bad headache that I had to go to sleep. I woke up an hour later with an even worser headache & started vomiting at least 5 times, by the last vomit, I was crapping black water at the same time as vomiting. The next day, diaherra at least ten times, it’s now seven days later & I’m still going to the bathroom ten times a day, all water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
