27 November 2023, 19:25 Saucy Chips (Lemon and Herb) from Five Lads Leyton I literally had nothing other than fivelads that day(I'm a student and didn't have breakfast, lunch). Ordered food from Deliveroo and the date I gave is the time of delivery. Around 11PM so 2-3 hours later i started getting nauseous and vomiting etc. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
