Had a hamburger at lunch and within an hour was severely sick. Had vomiting, diarrhea, back ache and tingling numbness in hands and feet. Never felt anything like it before. The date was 2/13/2020 around 12:00 - 12:30pm | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Numbness
