Food Safety Report: Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA

3 days ago reported by user-bwdbp292 business

Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA

1337 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, 19107 Pennsylvania, United States

On 6/28/2024 my husband and I were dining at the restaurant. I ate from the salad bar and had the Cesar salad and some pineapple and kiwi my husband ate the same but added asparagus, brother tomato and tomato soup to his plate. I’m 11 weeks pregnant so as soon as I ate my first plate I got sick and had to vomit in the restaurant’s bathroom I brushed it off as simple morning sickness. Immediately after dinner was through my husband felt sick as well. On our way to the car he proceeded to projectile vomit all over 12th and chestnut st. It had to be some cross contamination or something with the food because we’ve never experienced that after fine dining or dining at any restaurant for that matter before last night. I am highly disappointed. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
