I have been ill for weeks now from potato salad that I got at Food City on Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville. The night I reported it I was not yet ill but subsequently became very ill and have been very ill ever since. I reported it out of good faith to let them know that they had a problem with the potato salad. I have attached a photograph for you. I ate it out of the container and did not see what I was eating until I got to the bottom. Ever since I suffered great abdominal distress Nausea Stomach cramps vomiting diarrhea. I cannot eat anything without getting excruciating painful cramps and diarrhea. I throw up often. I have chills when I shouldnt have them. At times I had with feels like a fever. I am pretty much housebound because of this condition so Im not working. I cannot afford to go to the hospital so I have no records from the hospital to submit to you. I eat Imodium and anti-nauseous like candy I can do errands. I do have to eat so every two or three days I do eat but it all comes right back out in one way or another. They claim that this is a food preservative that did not get stirred in all the way. Even if its a food preservative its disgusting. I dont believe it is. I dont have the container anymore as several weeks have passed. Consistency is sort of like black dirt starting to be able to come moist. I think thats the best way to describe it. I have attached the photo for you to see. I have contacted them and sent them the picture so they are well aware of this issue. They just consider a non-issue.
