My husband and myself got sick in the middle of the night after eating the ice cream after dinner. I've had nausea, bad cramping, diarrhea, fast heart beat, and low grade fever and loss of appetite. It's been 3 days and I still feel unwell. My husband had diarrhea, bloating, and nausea and a headache. He is better now. It was easy to determine what made us sick because we both ate the same ice cream and nothing else the same. I have had a kidney transplant and pray this sickness doesn't effect it . I bought the ice cream from Food Lion on Randleman Rd. in Greensboro , North Carolina. I purchased the ice cream on Feb. 13th thru Instacart from Food Lion on Randleman Rd. Greensboro, NC . Today I called the store manager to tell him about it. Also told him of others on this site being sickened by the product. He said he would look into it and seemed concerned, but could not remove it from the shelf because there is not a recall for this item. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Loss of Appetite

Have you tested for flu? These are all the flu symptoms I had back in Jan. I had flu A and B.
Pretty sure this was just a stomach flu not necessarily from the ice cream.
Or mixing a highly-sugary milk product with whatever was had for dinner. I know certain peppers and cheeses create gastrointestinal reactions like this.
Foodlion is going down hill
