Unwashed Carrot Illness - Food Lion, Farmville Virginia

carrots.  Male age 66 ate one unwashed carrot at 2:30 pm Feb 2.  Felt nausea soon after.  Ate some home cooked chili to settle stomach (others ate same chili and did not get sick).  Had diarrhea by 2:00 am. 3:30 am got very dizzy and threw up.  Mostly clear liquid.  It happened on Feb 2-3, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
