carrots. Male age 66 ate one unwashed carrot at 2:30 pm Feb 2. Felt nausea soon after. Ate some home cooked chili to settle stomach (others ate same chili and did not get sick). I ordered a venti peppermint mocha (hot) with oat milk and an everything bagel with cream cheese at 6:56am on Wednesday, 11/16/22. I proceeded to eat/drink around 715a-730a while I opened my office. I had dizziness and a cramping feeling in my stomach. I left work around 2:15 pm and proceeded to vomit a few more times at home and then dry-heaved another hour because my stomach was empty.
