4 months ago reported by user-gmfzt837 business

Forno Nero - Ristorante Pizzeria, Rua de Santo Antonio, Faro, Portugal

25 Rua de Santo Antonio, Faro, 8000-282 Faro, Portugal

On evening of May 18th 2024 I consumed Burrata Algarve and it also has arugula on the bottom of the cheese ball as it was filled with cream. 3 hrs after consuming the dish I had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea. It went on for 4-7 days. I returned home on the May 21st 2024. On May 23rd 2024 I woke up with a high fever, ended up in the hospital ER where I was admitted and diagnosed with colitis caused by Campylobacter which is a known foodborne pathogen, I was in the hospital from 5/23-5/26 for this! I was seriously ill for consuming food that was contaminated with it. The restaurant has not reached out not taken any responsibility! They're so lucky my parents didn't get sick! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Something else, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
