- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings throughout establishment. Mice droppings were found by large pizza oven, inside of 2 ovens and fryer in prep area, dry storage room and rear shelves in basement. Must eliminate all evidence of pest activity on premises. Must clean and sanitize all affected areas. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
