Additional information: It was a store bought food item that was cooked for my purchase. Cooked food from the store Don’t eat hot  food from corner store. It happened Last month and yesterday. I though I will try a new place a corner store with hot food options but that went wrong 20 minutes after eating , that was last month three days ago I tried another thinking maybe it’s not the same place that it’s ok right ! Nope been down 3 days vomiting and diarrhea cramps , pain all over and chills ,,sooo future Cooked food from the store Don’t eat hot food from any corner store | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
