Ordered chicken pharm and chese pizza. Ate part. Two hours later I feel horrible. Terrible nausea and diarrhea with a horrible headache and chills. It’s 2 am. Took a zofran. My blood sugar is 60. Took carb drops and orange juice to try and raise it. My head is killlng me as is my gut. This is HORRIBLE | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
