Had a few pieces of spinach in a fresh salad. I was the only one who had the spinach as a late night snack. The symptoms started with heartburn then nausea. Throughout the day of the 28th I had all symptoms; nausau, diarrhea, vomittimg. Today 4/29 I am still very weak.4/27/21 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Heartburn
