Made a smoothie with raw spinach. Then did some exercises. Started vomiting about an hour later. Vomited maybe 8 or so times. But still could move around. I thought I’d overdone it with the exercises. Made another smoothie 5 days later with the same package of spinach. Got so sick I had to go to the hospital.
