I went and ordered the Heinz 57 burger and a milkshake. The same night, several hours later I had severe gas pains and the next day had a fever with chills, nausea, diarrhea, and continued abdominal cramping. I vomited on the second day and the nausea, diarrhea, continued throughout the week. A stiff neck was also a symptom. It happened May 29 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Gas, Cramps
