Fries and Cheeseburger Illness - McDonald's, Dereham England

I had food at around 4.30 and I had a double cheese burger, which id thought was the case. But I also had large fries. which ended up being in my vomit. I was fine from the afternoon up until i woke up at 6 in the morning feeling like i cant move because of my stomach pain then i rushed downstairs to see if i was just thirsty or anything but i then had to throw up, but also sit on the loo because of the diarrhoea.
