Ate some Kroger cottage cheese on June 19, 2019 (small curd full fat) at about 2:00 pm. Code date was July 17. Started feeling nauseated within 3 hours, then began vomiting about 2 hours after that. Diarrhea started shortly thereafter. Sick for about a week. The cottage cheese was the only possible factor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
