I ate Amys Kitchen Kale & macaroni frozen dinner. I got very sick approximately 5 hours later. Stomach cramps, diarrhea and headache.

I had onset symptoms a few hours after consumption and after the third time of me tracking everything I ate in a day- it just came down to the Cheez-Its.
