Had the brisket nachos with my husband Saturday, vomiting the next morning with severe stomach cramps, fever, diarrhea, most of which has lasted a whole week. The restaurant was dirty (floors, table, silverware), but we've always loved Fuzzy's and thought this one must be okay too. Mistake. Gives Butt-Burning Hot Sauce a whole new meaning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
