Fuzzy's Taco Shop
“October 25, 2019, at approximately 520 pm. I ordered and drank a Skinny Rita, the daily special. I also ate their chips. I got home at 630 and immediately had to use the bathroom. 45 minutes of severe diarrhea. ”
“A few months ago (June-July)I was getting sick every time I ate fuzzy’s special ground beef taco or nachos. I didn’t think anything of it. I didn’t know the cause of the sickness. Then family got chicken taco, special ground beef tacos and they got real sick. This was August... 23! Plus, the chicken tacos had fish under taste and I could barely eat my special ground beef tacos cause they smelt so bad. ”
“The 3 times I’ve ordered food for take-out, I’ve gotten sick a couple of hours after eating the food. Each time I’ve ordered their seasoned beef nachos. The first 2 times I had a soda (coke) with my meal and the most recent time I had an iced tea.
It... started with severe stomach pains and followed with vomiting and diarrhea. I didn’t check for a fever but I was freezing so bad that I had to grab the down comforter (I’m usually warm when I sleep). ”
“Went this evening (7/8/19), bought two tacos: a shredded brisket and a chicken fajita taco. The chicken fajita taco was either half cooked or the chicken was bad, but after a few bites I immediately started convulsing and vomiting. Less than 10 minutes after I recieved the food and less... than 30 seconds from biting into the taco and swallowing. I then called the restaurant and spoke with the manager of the store, to let her know that I had just been there, received the food and had gotten sick. Her response was incredibly cold and she offered no help whatsoever. Her response was to "call back". I was not disrespectful in any way and was more letting her know since I always see families there. After that call, I will not be visiting this establishment again and would warn those who go in the future since they apparently do not care about food quality or customer experience. ”
“My two adult children and I ate at the Des Moines, IA 50309 location on Saturday, 9/16/17. I had a chicken salad, my son had two fish tacos and my daughter had chicken enchilada with tex-mex rice and potatoes. We each had a drink, with ice. We ate at approximately... 3:30pm and by 7:30-8:00pm that same evening, we were all three throwing up and having severe cramping with diarrhea, along with a pounding headache. This went on well into the next evening. The pounding headache & foggy head lasted for another full day. So, from Saturday evening through Monday evening, we were all feeling the effects of what we presume was food poisoning. ”
