A couple weeks ago Not sure. Probably lettuce Whole household got sick after eating sandwiches with lettuce. Lettuce got bad fast so we stopped eating it, and the other foods used were fine. I went to Applebee’s around 9 pm yesterday. I ate the chicken wonton tacos and immediately the next morning i had dirrhea, vomiting, nausea, and fever., it only took less than 8 hrs for it to kick in. no one else got sick who was woth me.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea
