Food Safety Report: Genghis Grill.

I ate at the Genghis Grill in Germantown on 4/24/2017. After making my bowl and having I delivered ,I began to eat. I frequent this establishshment and knew something was wrong . I gave the bowl back to the manager who was extremely rude , and her remedy was to recook it. The cook placed the food and on the grill then stated none of this food is done . Of course I did not eat it but found myself in the emergency room that Monday at Methodist University Hospital. I missed two days from work. They gave me fluids and antibiotics. I plan to seek legal recourse for my bills as well as general damages | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
