We went to Genghis Grill last night for dinner, three of us got noodles as our bowl base, one of us got fried rice, all three of us with noodles in our bowls ended up with terrible stomach pain and diarrhea after eating our food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Started the evening the day i went ...started with stomach pains, diarrhea..stomach cramps feel like contractions a wave of them keep coming every few minutes then will stop. no nausea only a couple times felt like i wanted to vomit...im on day 2.5... dry mouth and dry lips...dehydration  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
