Genghis Grill has been reported for food poisoning. Common symptoms are nausea and diarrhea. In June of 2019 Genghis Grill was linked with a Hepatitis A outbreak at a Tempe, AZ location after an employee tested positive. Symptoms for the virus can include nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and jaundice.
