Genghis Grill Food Poisoning

Genghis Grill has been reported for food poisoning. Common symptoms are nausea and diarrhea. In June of 2019 Genghis Grill was linked with a Hepatitis A outbreak at a Tempe, AZ location after an employee tested positive. Symptoms for the virus can include nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, and jaundice.

Ate dinner at 7 pm, the food tasted just fine but an hour later I regretted eating there. It is currently 1:42 am and can’t sleep, I’ve been having bad cramps in my stomach along with watery diarrhea and slight fever. My boyfriend and I both at at genghis yesterday. We both had different meals, the only thing we ate in common were pot stickers. This morning when we woke up we weren’t feeling too well. From diarrhea to vomiting and now a fever. We seem to be getting worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
