- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on the premise during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 17 small rodent droppings behind refrigeration unit in teachers lounge, 12 droppings scattered on floor under heavy equipment in dish room, and 7 on floor in snack storage room attached to prep area. Instructed to remove droppings and clean and sanitize said areas. Recommended to contact pest control for service. Remain priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.
