- comments: observed no hot water at handwashing sinks in the following washrooms :room 120 (66. 7f), room 122 (65. 6f), girls washroom near room 114 (73. 4f). Boys washroom near room 112 (73. 2f), unisex washroom 106e (64. 9f) instructed manager to provide 100f-120f water at all handwashing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 40 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in storage room and mechanical room near kitchen staff locker room/washrooms. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
