Came home from a meeting and my wife brought home some girl scout cookies, I had McDonald's for dinner and after I ate a few cookies for dessert and an hour later my stomach started going nuts. I haven't had a burger in a long time so I thought it was that. Let me say I haven't been sick at all in 3 years and that was a cold. Woke up vomiting and realy bad diarrhea. Had a fever of 102. I then took a covid test and it was negative. Went to bed a woke up fine just very weak. Hadent ate anything in 24hrs. Had tomato soup and a tv diner later in the day and it all stayed down. So i had a few more cookies for desert and then my wife brought me a yogurt and I ate it. Bam sick again realy bad stomach giggling and diarrhea again. Fever spike to 99. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
