Lasagna Meal Causes Illness - Gloucester Services Southbound, Gloucester England

I had a hot lasagna meal at the service station. This was normally served with chips & peas, but as they has run out of chips I was given carrots mixed with red peppers which was dripping in oil. I vomited violently ~5 times in total. The first was ~3h after the meal, and then ~hourly thereafter. Each time before vomiting I had a hot flush (Note I am male) and started to perspire a few seconds beforehand. I think the extreme stomach cramping with the vomiting caused me to defecate (x2) as well. I appreciate that it is too soon (<18h) for something I've eaten to affect lower intestines, and so think the defaecating was a secondary affect due to the severe abdominal cramps. I would describe myself as normally fit and healthy. However I was very fatigued during the vomiting spells and had to crouch on the floor of the bathroom as I could not stand afterwards. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps
