Severe nausea and vomiting, chills, mild-moderate diarrhea, severe abdominal pain. Onset about 10 hours after eating here yesterday. It was the only meal I ate yesterday. I tried most items except fish/seafood. I also did not eat anything from salad bar or fresh fruits. Today abdominal pain, headache, weakness continue.
