This is the second time I have experienced the symptoms of food poisoning at this location. Yesterday, about 4 hours after eating, I had stomach pain, headache, and dizziness. I eventually regurgitated 4 times much of what I had consumed earlier. I have noticed that some of the salad and soup bowls have had dried food on them, but I don't know if it was the food or the plates. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
