I always buy frozen their patties and reheat them in the microwave as per instructions. I was eating a patty and a hard, white rocklike structure got caught in my teeth. Moments later, I found a stringy piece of plastic that also got caught in my teeth. Whoever was working at the warehouse making these patties exhibited poor quality control and unhygenic practices. Even frozen foods are not safe now.
