I was the only one at our table to get the chicken Caesar salad and with in two bites I knew something was wrong. With in 30 mins I started to have instant diarrhea and cramping. I left dinner early (and the bach party I was best man at and the night was just about to start) I literally couldn’t even walk straight my body was so dizzy, spent the whole night puking and peeing out my butt from this. Now 4 days later (after being in the ER on day 2 when I got back home from leaving the whole trip early because of this) I have missed multiple days of work and my symptoms are staying the same. Insane to get this sick from a place like this. I don’t know, I’ll never eat at a Hells Kitchen again, I can make better food at home that won’t put me in a hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
