Went there may 2017, immediately my room smelt moldy. It felt wet in my room. The sheets were filthy. The shower was even more disgusting. They only cleaned the room if you begged them to, not to mention did not change the sheets unless begged. Had to tip the cleaning people if you wanted anything done. One person on our trip was in the bathroom constantly after drinking and eating at the buffet and stayed sick for the remainder. My bed felt like it had bed bugs but no one else was getting bit. I was incredibly nauseous in my room with the constant smell. I complained but nothing was done. They hassle you to buy their timeshare the whole time waking you from your sleep at 6 in the morning just to sell you it trying to set up a breakfast to sell it. Never went to the breakfast after explicitly telling them to leave us be. The concierge comes on to you in a inappropriate way especially being that I’m a young girl it was uncomfortable. When I returned home my itching ceased. Almost positive it wasn’t bed bugs but a rash to some type of pesticides (the mold smell) in my room. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Skin Rash, Itching
