I ordered the Lemon Chicken Piccata and a Mai Tai. I didn’t even drink half of the Mai Tai and I didn’t make it through half of my meal. I also, had a small piece of bread. While eating I stopped and let my dinner partner know I suddenly felt sick. After that I grabbed the cloth napkin and up came my food at the table. I went to the bathroom and up came the rest all over the toilet. Today I am throwing up and going to the bathroom at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
