My fiancé and I, along with two of our friends arrived September 14, 2024 and departed September 21, 2024. I began experiencing severe stomach pains on the 17th along with body aches and chills. The next day I had diarrhea. I am still having stomach pains and cramps as of September 24. My fiancé began experiencing symptoms the on the 21st. She had severe diarrhea, stomach pain and a rash on her abdomen. On the 23rd she had bloody diarrhea and has since seen a doctor and we are waiting on results. The other two friends who were with us have been vomiting and have had diarrhea since the 21st. They have went to the emergency room on the evening of the 24th. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache, Skin Rash
