Me and about 10 additional wedding guest became ill while at resort. Each guest was experiencing diarrhea, but did not inform me of their symptoms until arriving back to the states. I experienced severe abdominal pain with diarrhea for 3 days, and symptoms started the day before leaving. I still have about 4 guest with symptoms, but one is in critical care at local hospital for campylobacter (bacterial infection) and caused Guillain-Barré syndrome. He has lost all ability to walk, and is currently receiving intense antibodies treatments. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
