my father felt severy ill after eating lunch at this hotel. He suffered a near heart attack and was feeling unstable. He nearly died and we rushed him to the hospital. Dont go to this hotel | Symptoms: Other

I’m confused…. Did he have a heart attack? Because heart attacks aren’t caused by anything you eat at a lunch.
