Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, VomitingSuspected source: I don’t know.
Onset: other: Ate a few grapes while traveling in vehicle. Don’t know for sure if they were washed. Later was hungry for my salad & spaghetti but before I could eat it I was nauseous and then episodes of vomiting. Nothing will stay down. BP high because medicine will not stay down. Vomiting began 10/03/2023 at 10:00P.M.

Additional information: I have not been having regular bowel movements; last ones very soft. Under tremendous stress from nerve near sacral area that vibrates strong as a tens unit on high all the time & causes severe pain, began after an injury but no one yet knows what to do. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
