2 years ago reported by user-pcnjt695 business

Great Value Black Forest Ham, Walmart, Albrae Street, Fremont, California, USA

40580 Albrae Street, Fremont, 94538 California, United States

Ate Great Value Black Forest Ham, thin sliced with up to 20% seasoning solution. Became nauseated within 1 hour, and 2 hours later began repeated, frequent, bouts of very watery diarrhea that lasted 8+ hours. Nausea resulted in only one episode of vomiting. UPC code 0 78742 10718 9. The 8 oz package has an outdate of January 29, 2024. It was eaten on January 24th, and was the only food consumed that morning before becoming ill. I had eaten the ham on fresh, plain white bread. Item was purchased from refrigerated food section of Walmart in Fremont, CA and immediately refrigerated at home. Travel was on a cold day & less than 4 miles from store to home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
