Purchased a bacon bap and a tea on the morning of 11th April 21, I was commuting to my place of work(military) so several hours away. That was the only thing I ate that morning, once I got to my destination I started to become ill, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, burning up with high temp. I've not been able to eat anything sine that date as feel sick most of the time and have no appetite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever, Loss of Appetite
